Who we are
AtlasPassport (atlaspassport.app) is a crane setup governance platform produced by Business Game Changer Magazine. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at hello@atlaspassport.app.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, professional role, and organisation name. As you use the platform, we store the content you create: projects, sites, Setup Passports, engineering data, uploaded documents, approvals and audit records. If you make a payment, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details — we never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to operate the platform: to provide your organisation with its Setup Passport records, to process payments, to maintain the audit trails that are the core function of the product, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to running AtlasPassport.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (application hosting). Payments are processed by Stripe. Document AI extraction is performed by Anthropic's Claude API — uploaded documents are processed to extract engineering values and are not used to train AI models.
Data isolation
Every organisation's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. No organisation can access another organisation's projects, passports, documents or records.
How long we keep it
Locked Setup Passports are immutable by design and are retained indefinitely — that permanence is the product's core purpose. Account data is retained while your account is active. If you wish to close your account or request deletion of your data, contact hello@atlaspassport.app. Note that locked passports may be retained where there is a legal or regulatory basis for preservation.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@atlaspassport.app and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
AtlasPassport uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note the revision date above.
